Dressing for the performance:
Hair is worn in a bun at the crown of the head, with a hair net (NOT a decorated bun cover) that matches your hair color.
Makeup: lipstick brand is wet n wild, color #522A, available at Long's and Rite Aid. Use false eyelashes or mascara; for example, Ardell fashion lashes, 101 demi, black are available at Long's. Eye makeup should be in neutral shades. Use just a little blush, since the dance is so fast that cheeks will be red anyway. No fingernail polish, and no glitter since some girls get rashes from it.
NO JEWELRY. Remove watches, rings, bracelets, necklaces, and earrings.
Arrive one and one-half hours before the show starts. We will call in replacements for anyone not present one hour before showtime.
If you are sick on the day of the performance, contact Karen as soon as possible.
